LegalWise Goa is an Online Ad-Hoc Arbitration Platform (ODR) developed by Adv. Anurag Ulhas Dabholkar, Advocate and Arbitrator, having 18 years of experience in practice of law. He is duly registered with Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. This Platform enables initiating and conducting domestic and international commercial arbitration proceedings entirely online.

For domestic arbitration, this platform supports proceedings regardless of the seat of arbitration specified in your contract. Whether your arbitration clause names Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, or any other Indian city as the seat, you can use this platform. The SEAT specified in your contract is fully respected. All hearings and case management are conducted virtually through www.legalwisegoa.in. The VENUE of arbitration is Panaji, Goa, India.

Accepting International Arbitration Cases

Parties from any country may initiate arbitration proceedings on this platform. Where at least one party is of foreign nationality or the dispute involves international trade, proceedings are conducted under the UNCITRAL Model Law on International Commercial Arbitration. Awards are enforceable in 170+ countries under the New York Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards, 1958.

Sole Arbitrator or Arbitral Tribunal

The platform supports both a Sole Arbitrator and a multi member Arbitral Tribunal, so parties may choose the format that suits their arbitration agreement.
